Deadbeat Mom

Since June of 2012 Butch and Dawn have had in place a parenting plan that says they should split the cost of all extra-curricular activities. Dawn made a HUGE deal out of this in the past even insisting on mediation regarding Butch paying for 1/2 of Tae Kwon Do even though Butch didn't want Darius in Tae Kwon Do, and it was a complete waste of time and money. So clearly Dawn thinks both parties should split extra curricular activities, but apparently only as long as the child lives with her.

The Parenting Plan that has been in place for years

Dawn has refused to pay for one single thing since Darius decided to live here, and still refuses to send him his personal belongings that he's asked for.

Apparently she is in "full compliance" with the current court order by NOT paying for her 1/2 of Darius' extra curricular activities. She sent it to our attorney to tattle as well. She's a special kind of stupid.

Again, she has money for BOTOX, money for a new house, her hair, nails, vacations, etc., but refuses to send a dime to support her child. During financial disclosure Dawn was required to submit a copy of her savings accounts. She has thousands of dollars in her savings, but STILL refuses to support her child. All these years she's told everyone what a deadbeat dad Butch was WHILE HE WAS PAYING CHILD SUPPORT (I have the documents to prove it). The tables have turned and she truly is a deadbeat mom.
